Certification Engineer

Position
For our Company Site in Val della Torre (TO), we are looking for a Certification Engineer in the Quality Department.
The Certification Engineer is responsible for: Ensures that the products comply with applicable regulations and safety requirements.Provides technical support necessary for obtaining certifications and conformity of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical equipment products.Works closely with the development team on aspects related to product conformity and coordinates the drafting of the essential requirements applicable to the product intended as a machine.Externally, collaborates with certification bodies and suppliers to obtain documents aimed at confirming the conformity of analyzed products.Some major legislative acts the Certification Engineer should be aware of include the:
Machinery DirectiveLow Voltage Directive (LVD)Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)Requirements
We are looking for candidates with these skills:
Technical diploma or degreeGood interpersonal skillsGood communication skillsPrecision and attention to documentation detailsEnglish at least level B1, Fluent in ItalianOffice 365 (Word, Excel, etc)Nice to have: Previous experience in safety laboratoriesQuality and Regulatory knowledge (e.g. IEC61010, 62368 or similar)Technical drawings readingOther information
