Job Description The CEO, reporting directly to the President will be responsible for the following tasks: Offers strategic vision and direction to ensure alignment with company objectives and values, prioritising profitability, high EBITDA, and efficient investment strategies.
Develops and executes business plans to promote growth, emphasising a global supply chain approach and outsourcing non-core fabrications.
Oversees P&L, budget management, financial performance, and optimal resource allocation.
Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and business partners.
Guides and supports the management team, promoting a collaborative environment and a culture of high performance.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, solid Sales experience, natural leadership, and a proven track record as CEO in mid-sized Entrepreneurial companies.
A solid understanding of finance is essential, even though the presence of a strong CFO will streamline daily operations.
The ability to analyse data effectively is crucial for identifying company and market trends and refining relevant KPIs.
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills are also vital, complemented by a natural commercial acumen.
This combination is key to effectively representing the company with long-standing partners and potential clients.
Fluency in English is a must.
