About The Role
As a CEO Assistant, you will be among the most dynamic and determined people in Empatica. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate dynamic priorities. From coordinating schedules and communications to facilitating strategic initiatives, you will serve as the cornerstone of efficiency, ensuring that our CEO's time is optimized. Responsibilities
Your role will be formally within the People and Culture team. Your work will include:
Managing our CEO's extremely busy calendar, optimizing daily/weekly schedules for productivity and health (e.g., planning, trips, events and making sure he sleeps) implementing time-saving strategies where possibleActing as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clientsPlanning and ensuring the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEOManaging a dynamic travel itinerary, taking into account time zones and multiple requirementsFacilitating meetings in close collaboration with the Executive Team and Managers, taking notes, and following up as neededTaking care of last-minute special projects (e.g. product/company research, presentations, business modeling)Handling any task of all kinds that free up the CEO so he can focus on the big stuffOrganizing events (e.g. conferences, the odd hackathon, company trips and events) Requirements
