About the roleAs a CEO Assistant, you will be among the most dynamic and determined people in Empatica. Responsibilities Your role will be formally within the People and Culture team. Your work will include:
Managing our CEO's extremely busy calendar, optimizing daily/weekly schedules for productivity and health (e.g., planning, trips, events and making sure he sleeps) implementing time-saving strategies where possible Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clients Planning and ensuring the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO Managing a dynamic travel itinerary, taking into account time zones and multiple requirements Facilitating meetings in close collaboration with the Executive Team and Managers, taking notes, and following up as needed Taking care of last-minute special projects (e.g. product/company research, presentations, business modeling) Handling any task of all kinds that free up the CEO so he can focus on the big stuff Organizing events (e.g. conferences, the odd hackathon, company trips and events) The Ideal Candidate for this job:

This role will be based in our Milan office, with flexible options for hybrid work.
