The Green Side of Pink is a digital magazine with informative content (journalistic genre), where the facts are told in an objective way; it is in the magazine's interest to follow a positive line that supports the progress of eco-sustainability and the projects that interest it, without hiding existing problems (we do not attack people or projects that are not part of sustainability).

Tasks
Provide sophisticatedcalendar management for the CEO.
Prioritize requests when resolving conflicts; formulate judgments and recommendations in order to ensure smooth daily commitments.
Schedule meetings; projects on the agenda; develop, compile and distribute presentation materials.
Assistance in special projects; design and production of documents, reports and presentations; collect and prepare information for meetings with staff.
Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and attend staff meetings and events as needed.
Manage all aspects of the organization's office services.
Evaluate and assist in the development of office policies and procedures to improve workflow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows.
Profilo
**Requirements**:
Mastery of Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
