In particular you will integrate a team of failure analysis experts driving the key programs across the different laboratories which scope consists in improving the efficiency of our flow and infrastructure for quality analysis.Along an analysis flow, we use and record a big quantity of data such as pictures, signal curves, layout as examples. A small amount is used for reporting, and it is time to make them useful to boost our quality processes, improve the defect detection and increase the automation to maximize the success rate of our analyses.
