Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.JR57382 Cell Development EngineerAs a cell Development Engineer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Develop memory-array characterization techniquesAnalyse electrical test results and drive improvements to cell performance and reliability.Participate in the debug, design, simulation and implementation of circuit and process changes during the development of prototype memory products.As part of the position you will work closely with the Design, Process Development, and Product Engineering teams et al.Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to:MS or PHD in Electrical engineering, Material science, Chemical engineering or Physics required for this positionKnowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, NOR.
Experience with alternative/emerging memory technologies is desired.Broad knowledge and experience in semiconductor device physics and electronics circuitsProficiency with electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniquesUnderstanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory productsExperience in software and hardware for automatic measurements setupExperience in data analysis with statistical tools and physical modellingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong ability to work in team on complex mattersDemonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team building skillsSelf-starter with strong work ethicFluent oral and written EnglishAbove the average clarity in presenting data to broad audience
