ROLE SUMMARY:
The Process Optimization Project Management specialist is responsible for the coordination and advancement of complex projects within the different areas of Construction Segment seeking industrial and digital processes opportunities for improvements, focusing on achieving better and greater results throughout the organization working with different structures and organizational levels.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Oversees assigned projects of process improvement within CE Segment by coordinating project team activities and organizing the various tasks involved and monitoring the progress to help removing roadblocks
- Reporting reports to upper management on the project, to show progress and highlighting risks and opportunities
- Collects and documents findings/datas to upper management.
- Documentation may be prepared also in view of being included in budgets and projected budgets for the project including the cost of outside contractors and services.
- Makes the appropriate research and analysis before taking or recommending action accordingly, by conducting directly research/benchmarks/study/seeking professional consultancy or direct other members of the organization to do so
- Analyses root cause of a problem or defect, and together with the project team use the analysis to direct the course of the project to get the desired results.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in engineering, business administration or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in industrial companies or as consultant with exposure to projects in industrial companies
- Solid knowledge of process design and improvement
- Solid project management experience
- Problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven
- Capable of building relationships and influence others in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
