PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Identify areas of growth opportunity / margin improvement based on global machine populations / potential, and local competition in the regions.
Liaise with Purchasing department to collect/monitor relevant parts' category market price fluctuations
Structure and managea process to monitor AMS revenues and margin generated through spare parts acquisition from OEM partners
Be the main Customer Service points of contact for OEM partners and build strong relationship with the partners in order to maintain good revenue growth
Collect and funnel Customer Services requirements for Global Agreements finalization or amendment
Structure and map operational KPIs to track OEM partners supply accuracy (i.e.
Unit Down Orders)
Accountability to negotiate spare parts periodical pricing discussion (2 times per year)
Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities (sourcing, value line, reman)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree Engineering or Business Economics
Previous experience in aftersales or purchasing
Preferred Experience in the Construction Equipment Industry
Preferred Experience in APAC region
