We're seeking a Business Development Specialist to support our Contract Development Manufacturing Organization Team for a maternity cover.
The position The CDMO Business Development Specialist reporting to the CDMO Business Development Manager, will be responsible for the following activities: Understand the clients' needs, challenges and goals to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiation and contract management: supporting Manager in the negotiation of contracts, pricing and terms with clients.
Ensure the contracts are accurately documented and adhered by both parties.
Preparing offers/quotations related to activities/industrial services for consolidated clients, and/or to TT projects for new potential clients.
Collaboration with other departments: working closely with other department such as customer service, OPS, PPMO, QA, etc.
Requirements: Experience in Business Development roles for Contract Manufacturing Organizations Technical or economic background.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English and advanced use of the main IT tools.
Experience in dealing with clients.
