Ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/a: CATEGORYSPECIALIST Ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/a: CATEGORYSPECIALISTIl lavoro The candidate will be engaged in anexciting procurement environment and be responsible to develop a categorystrategy and manage the supplier base, together with manage time, costs,and quality during the development of automotive component for the glassbusiness in the EU region. The candidate will ensure the internal customer perspective is thedriving force behind decisions and will take appropriate actions tominimize the risks and maximize opportunities in order to improve theCompany results. Responsible to define and implement components planning will apply thebest practice of the automotive advance product quality planning and willstructure and manager the supplier base on the assigned category. The candidate will be accountable for the component sourcing and thecorrect development quality from the award to 6 months after the start ofproduction. Will also take personal responsibility and ownership tomanage the new model introduction collaborating and supporting a crossfunctional team based in different countries. On top of the mainaccountability to deliver product on time on cost and with the rightquality, the candidate will be the first point of contact for componentsand for the supplier relationship for the local manufacturing plant.This includes the possibility to take part in Audits and to buildpartnership on a local base in line with the category strategy.Il profilo: Il/la candidato/a ideale deve esserein possesso di istruzione tecnica, proveniente da contesti strutturati edorganizzati ed essere in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche:– Laurea in ingegneria gestionale, dei materiali, chimica omeccanica (triennale e/o magistrale); – Ottimo inglese(livello C1 o C2); – Esperienza pluriennale in ruolisimilari (technical buyer, project buyer, category buyer), nellagestione/sviluppo di importanti fornitori e conoscenza dei processi disourcing; – Gradita provenienza settore automotive oambiti analoghi; – Background tecnico (gradita conoscenzacomponenti elettrici/elettronici/meccanici/meccatronici) ed esperienza inapprovvigionamento di componenti tecnici; – Propensionecommerciale (trattative e negoziazioni) e orientamento al risultato;– Capacità analitiche e organizzative; –Esperienza nella gestione dei tempi, costi e qualità dei processi;– Capacità di gestione progetti, senso di responsabilità;resilienza, problem solving e capacità di adattamento.Il Contratto: Inserimento diretto a tempoindeterminato con retribuzione commisurata alle effettive esperienze epackage retributivo indicativo 40-50 k (più eventuali elementivariabili). Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte (per un massimo del20/25% del tempo totale). Possibilità di fare smart working.Sede di lavoro: Settimo torinese, condisponibilità a trasferte presso fornitori (sia italiani che esteri) evisite periodiche presso I Plant siti in Spagna e Inghilterra.
