In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home!All about the role:We are now looking for a driven Category Specialist Consumables & Accessories who will join our C&A team to support the full product development from product idea to market introduction.What you'll do:Closely working with the Senior Innovation Category Manager in developing and executing the category generation plan for our consumables & accessories (C&A) product range around taste, care and wellbeing universal product categories, supporting in delivering the business objectives.In detail, you will:Cooperate with R&D and OEM supplier to ensure execution and follow-up of all product related activities.Support in the preparation of the material requested to drive the product development process through its different phases.Support in APACMEA regional projects by ensuring the integration and consistency with EU region product range.Check on specifications, phase-in/phase-out inside Product Life cycle Management.Product maintenance and administration to ensure effective portfolio management.Support the development and creation of marketing support material such as packaging, leaflet, labels for new product launches and new variant requests.Secure availability of technical documentation (as user manual, installation drawings, other)Collaboration with the C&A commercial team to support the commercial launch of new product.Samples organization & shipment for new product launches and testing activitiesInvolvement in complexity reduction activities in strong collaboration with the C&A commercial teamQuality follow up (e.g.: pilot appliances & issues blocking production lines)Support with Compliance Department and third-party test institutes/LabsWhere you'll be:This is a full-time position, based in Porcia (Italy).Alternatively, this role can be based in our HQ in Stockholm.Who you are:Previous experience and working knowledge of product marketing and/or product development will be consider as a plus.Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are a must)Project management ability.
