Due to our growth, we are looking for a motivated Senior Category Merchant Manager to join our team in Brazil.
More than one million sellers worldwide are already using the opportunity to offer products to a large customer base via Amazon Marketplace.
These sellers contribute significantly to Amazon's success.
By constantly analyzing ongoing business, you can identify further growth potential for the marketplace.
To exploit the identified potential, you will implement projects in close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments.
These projects may also include direct communication with retailers.
In our team, you will become the specialist for the categories and will be responsible for the measurable success of these areas.
In addition, you will be responsible for projects that contribute to improving customer experience and long-term success in the areas you serve.
Key job responsibilities
Your challenge:
Responsibility for the continuous expansion and growth of customer inputs through sales partners on AmazonSupporting business planning and goals settingPreparation of regular analyses of categories inputs to support growth.
You will own initiatives that come out as output of analyzesClose tracking of sellers performance to drive calls to action to improve their business and team productivityProject management to improve customer experience, dealer experience, and revenueOwns business reviews and leadership presentationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience on project/program management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Previous experience in retailers/marketplace business
