All about the role: Reporting to Head of Product Line of the Commercial Area South EU, you will be in charge of implementing the product line strategies in the Italian market for the related categories. Additionally, you will have an extended responsibility as category lead, overseeing the development of the categories across 4 markets (Italy, Spain, France and Portugal), working with the local teams.
In detail, you will: Define annual business plans grounded on consumer centric value propositions.Define range and price to support growth ambitions and validate competitiveness through competitor benchmark.Constantly track range complexity and strive for maximum simplification.Provide input and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan ProcessSupport on annual target settingCommunicate plans and product launches to key stakeholders.Monitor sales and engage with other commercial functions, suggesting actions to deliver business KPIsParticipate in demand planning activities, ensuring optimal PIPO and Promo supply execution.Monitor market trends and competitionRequirements: Higher education, university degree in the field of economy, business or similarSolid experience in product, category management, product marketing or equivalentAnalytical and strategical thinkingProblem solving attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyGood presentation and stakeholders managementFluent in English, written and spokenFocused on targets, deadlines orientedAbility to manage people and processesEnthusiastic, energetic and pro-active
