Responsibilities: Manage the entire purchasing process for the meat category, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management with existing suppliers;Constantly monitor the market and identify emerging trends, cost opportunities, and new sources of supply;Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize product quality, costs, and availability;Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a diversified meat assortment suited to the needs of the company's business;Conduct detailed analysis of category performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions;Maintain clear and regular communication with various company departments, including logistics, marketing, and tenders, to ensure efficient management of the flow of goods and a competitive pricing strategy;Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding quality and sustainability.Requirements: Experience in the purchasing sector with a focus on the meat category is preferable, but we also positively evaluate those who are new to their experience with a desire to learn and grow in the sector;Knowledge of the meat market, including product varieties, suppliers, and pricing dynamics preferred;Negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;About Us: Organizational culture oriented towards innovation and continuous improvement;Possibility of using, at a symbolic price, the company restaurant or similar;Support for psychological well-being through an online platform that operates anonymously and confidentially, also available to family members;Continuous technical and transversal training policy both in person and with a dedicated e-learning platform.The hiring process has been defined within the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification and any reports of violation of the same can be reported at the following link: https://servizi.grupposerenissima.it/parita/
