Responsibilities: Manage the entire purchasing process for the bucket category, including supplier selection, contract negotiation and relationship management with existing suppliers; Constantly monitor the market and identify emerging trends, cost opportunities and new sources of supply; Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize product quality, costs and availability; Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a diversified meat assortment suited to the needs of the company's business; Conduct detailed analysis of category performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement and propose corrective actions; Maintain clear and regular communication with various company departments, including logistics, marketing and tenders, to ensure efficient management of the flow of goods and a competitive pricing strategy; Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding quality and sustainability. Requirements: Experience in the purchasing sector with a focus on the bucket category is preferable, but we also positively evaluate those who are new to their experience with a desire to learn and grow in the sector; Knowledge of the bucket market, including product varieties, suppliers and pricing dynamics preferred; Negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
