Responsibility:
– Manage the entire purchasing process for the meat category, including supplier selection, contract negotiation and relationship management with existing suppliers;– Constantly monitor the market and identify emerging trends, cost opportunities and new sources of supply;– Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize product quality, costs and availability;– Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a diversified meat assortment suited to the needs of the company's business;– Conduct detailed analyzes of category performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement and propose corrective actions;– Maintain clear and regular communication with the various company departments, including logistics, marketing and tenders, to ensure efficient management of the flow of goods and a competitive pricing strategy;– Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding quality and sustainability.Requirements:
– experience in the purchasing sector with a focus on the meat category is preferable, but we also positively evaluate those with their first experiences with a desire to learn and grow in the sector;– knowledge of the meat market is preferred, including product varieties, suppliers and pricing dynamics;– negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem solving skills;Direct hiring.
