Responsibility:
Manage the entire purchasing process for the bucket category, including supplier selection, contract negotiation and relationship management with existing suppliers;Constantly monitor the market and identify emerging trends, cost opportunities and new sources of supply;Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize product quality, costs and availability;Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a diversified meat assortment suited to the needs of the company's business;Conduct detailed analysis of category performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement and propose corrective actions;Maintain clear and regular communication with various company departments, including logistics, marketing and tenders, to ensure efficient management of the flow of goods and a competitive pricing strategy;Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding quality and sustainability.Requirements:
experience in the purchasing sector with a focus on the bucket category is preferable, but we also positively evaluate those who are new to their experience with a desire to learn and grow in the sector;Knowledge of the bucket market, including product varieties, suppliers and pricing dynamics preferred;negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem solving skills;Direct hiring.
