Category Buyer – Buckets

We are looking for a highly motivated Category Buyer to join our team.
If you have a strong passion for the food industry and experience in the dry sector, this could be the career opportunity you've been looking for.Responsibility:Manage the entire purchasing process for the bucket category, including supplier selection, contract negotiation and relationship management with existing suppliers;Constantly monitor the market and identify emerging trends, cost opportunities and new sources of supply;Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize product quality, costs and availability;Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a diversified meat assortment suited to the needs of the company's business;Conduct detailed analysis of category performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement and propose corrective actions;Maintain clear and regular communication with various company departments, including logistics, marketing and tenders, to ensure efficient management of the flow of goods and a competitive pricing strategy;Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding quality and sustainability.Requirements:experience in the purchasing sector with a focus on the bucket category is preferable, but we also positively evaluate those who are new to their experience with a desire to learn and grow in the sector;Knowledge of the bucket market, including product varieties, suppliers and pricing dynamics preferred;negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem solving skills;Direct hiring.The hiring process has been defined within the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification and any reports of violation of the same can be reported at the following link https://servizi.grupposerenissima.it/parita/ Presence of relief requirements for hiring Si No.
