**Position Purpose**:
Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for supporting the negotiation of regional agreements, making sure that they are putting on paper, approved in accordance with the applicable LOA and signed in accordance with the applicable POA.
**Key Accountabilities**:
1) Actively engaging and managing suppliers and contractors.
2) Supporting the RCM in arranging suitable contracts and supply agreements for the goods and services required by the Company.
3) Ensuring that goods and services are delivered in accordance with the order instructions, guaranteeing an efficient service to the end user.
4) Ensuring that the procurement activity and tender requirements are in accordance with the Company's financial regulations and comply with the LOA.
5) Coordinating supplier performance reviews for key suppliers within the assigned category of spend, compiling data and information on performance to support and attend the reviews, managing all actions relating to day-to-day performance and highlighting bigger issues to the Category Manager.
6) Analyzing information to identify opportunities to source alternative suppliers or reduce costs through benchmarking.
7) Producing reports and present information for relevant departments to highlight potential sourcing or saving opportunities.
**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications & Education**:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related area.
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge**:
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage different stakeholders and suppliers.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of English (any other language is a plus).
