Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionTo provide support to (Senior) Project Managers on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.Assisting on a range of tasks, to include:Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking;Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project;Producing project plans;Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators;Tracking and documenting changes;Preparing formal project progress and other reports;Liaising with the client, contractors and designers;Attending meetings and drafting minutes.Other responsibilities, to include:Preparing presentation materials for client pitches;Inputting key information into the Turner Townsend internal database.QualificationsBusiness level Italian and EnglishEngineering degree, or other technical backgroundYou have an interest in the construction sector, preferably in the logistics and/or industrial sectorFlexible, autonomous, and eager to learnGood interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
