The Position Reporting directly to the store Management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.
Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and valuesUse effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goalsPromote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand AmbassadorContribute to creating a professional and motivating work climateAssist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standardsCheck stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are presentThe Ideal Candidate Previous experience as Sales Associate in retail environmentFluent in Italian and a good level of EnglishGood communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staffStrong customer service skillsEnthusiastic about fashion and the dynamic retail worldRegistered under the list of CATEGORIE PROTETTE as per L. 68/99Be valued.
