Casualty UW is supposed to develop Chubb Casualty portfolio, managing and developing the business thanks to a deep relation with the market and all brokers. Specifically, a Casualty UW is asked to: Have deep understanding of Chubb culture and Casualty market. Conduct comprehensive underwriting analysis of new and renewal casualty insurance policies, both indigenous and multinationals. Collaborate closely with brokers and clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored insurance solutions that meet their requirements, giving added value to the relationship. Maintain and expand relationships with brokers and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and assistance. Support sustainable growth of the Line of business. Strictly follow the underwriting guidelines and develop profitability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as actuaries and risk engineering. Timely and appropriately approach any business opportunity. Keep an open mindset towards innovation and changing environment. Strictly follow Chubb compliance guidelines and process. Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of Casualty Line, the insurance market, and competitors. Negotiate policy terms and conditions with brokers, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement that aligns with Chubb's risk appetite and profitability goals. Ability to make own decisions and work on own initiative. Ability to work in a team.

Casualty UW is responsible for business development according to underwriting guidelines, compliance, and all Chubb requirements for correct usage of all data entry systems.
Casualty UW is responsible for renewal and maintenance of the portfolio, achieving LOB Plan on both top and bottom line, P&L targets.
Minimum Requirements:
5 years experience in Casualty Line of business. Preferred University graduation – Legal/Economic/Financial background. Very good English both written and spoken. #J-18808-Ljbffr
