Casual Restaurant Waiter (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is currently seeking skilled and experienced Waiters to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Casual Restaurant Waiter, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. Our clients are known for their exceptional culinary experiences and excellent customer service.

The duties include greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, and providing attentive and efficient customer service. You will also handle payment transactions and assist with cleaning and organizing the dining area.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional mannerTake food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staffServe meals and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient mannerAddress any customer concerns or special requestsHandle payment transactions and provide accurate change to customersAssist with cleaning and organizing the dining areaCollaborate with other waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth serviceAdhere to health and safety guidelines


Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to provide attentive serviceKnowledge of food and beverage offeringsAbility to handle money and make accurate calculationsFriendly and outgoing personalityAbility to work well in a teamFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
