**Responsibilities**
The Cassina Lighting Technical Sales Support will be part of the Lighting Division and will be the corporate reference for the sales network.
The person will support both B2B and B2C clients management, acting as the main contact for the entire product life cycle, from the first contact with the customer to the installation and assistance.
**Main Activities**
- Guarantee support to Cassina network and partners, regarding any problems and informations related to the Lighting collection;
- Provide technical product knowledge to sales staff and clients during presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance, including preparation of detailed product specifications;
- Assist sales team in business development, including direct management and customer visits;
- Be responsible for providing both pre-sales and after-sales technical support and guidelines on the Cassina Lighting Collection;
- Serve as a connection between client's technical requests, external and internal stakeholders, coordinating all the necessary activities for the related resolution;
- Create and improve strong relations with sales network, clients, technical figures, architects, interior and lighting studios;
- Observe and contribute to the existing and future lighting collections, providing input to quality, marketing and R&D teams, and making recommendations for improvement, analyzing market feedback and competitors.
**Experience and Education**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electrotechnical or Electronic;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in decorative or architectural lighting (preferred), in Technical, Customer Service or B2B/B2C Sales.
