The Store Manager is accountable for achieving the store sales, profit, and service goals while providing a business environment that supports an outstanding experience for clients and associates, in line with Cassina's Retail Excellence vision. He/She ensures the continuous and efficient operation of the store while providing leadership and guidance to all store associates. Responsibilities
Strive to achieve sales targets by fostering positive tension within yourself and the team; Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and addressing their needs promptly and effectively; Develop new business relationships and identify business opportunities; Provide excellent client service; Ensure the product display and visual merchandising is to the highest and prescribed standards; Guarantee that the store provides best in class luxury experience and outstanding level of hospitality; Support and attend all relevant business events and activities; Optimize store performance; Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Department to identify and implement initiatives to increase store traffic; Identify and suggest actions to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling; Ensure real-time reporting to Headquarter by guaranteeing the use of the company information system and other reporting/CRM tools, providing all relevant information regarding sales quotes, leads, client visits; Provide regular Sales forecasts; Use the company's KPI monitoring tools to do regular Business Reviews with the Store Team, providing continuous feedback to the team aimed to improve Conversion Rates and overall Sales Performance; Inspire and motivate staff to exceed sales and service goals in a positive environment; Plan of store staff coverage schedule; Assist the training of new sales staff in order to ensure a high standard of client service and product knowledge; Assure all administration, reporting, and financial management is of the highest order. Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree (Design or Architecture preferred); Min 10 years in experience in high-end furniture sales; Min 5 years in experience in the role; Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel); Proven Sales history. Technical and Soft skills:
Excellent customer relations skills; Good knowledge in Sales Forecasting and Sales Pipeline Management; Good knowledge in Cost Management and understanding of P&L; Oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals; Organizational & problem-solving skills; Ability to motivate, manage and engage staff members; Ability to manage time and prioritize work; Charismatic, influential, able to impress and attract clients; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-verbal and written.
