You must have a keen eye for detail, a passion for business, be highly organised, be good with time management combined with a huge desire to learn Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in the preparation of the onsite iGaming marketing strategy that aligns short-term success with the long-term product and market vision; Identify opportunities to deliver a iGaming marketing proposition that meets local aspirations and customer preferences; Conduct regular competitor analyses and maintain marketplace awareness; Manage the promotion of new product feature launches across brands; Continuously collect and analyse data to understand the customer base, their profile, and motivations within the iGaming product; Regularly review the performance and update ongoing retention tools like Game Challenges and Loyalty Shop features; Analyse marketing KPIs, building on specifically targeted metrics and working within a budget margin; Work closely with content and design teams to deliver excellence and CRM team to organise communication with the customers. Requirements: Strategic marketing thinker with a proven ability to innovate, implement and optimise; Great organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail; Previous experience in a Casino Marketing role with a keen interest in iGaming products; Proactivity and ability to collaborate; Strong communications and stakeholder management; Excellent content knowledge and campaign experience; Analytically driven.
