Job Summary: Greets and serves the needs of each guest from the front counter and/or greets guests at the door in a friendly manner. Seats and presents menus to guests cordially, professionally and in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ·Takes carry out orders from guests
·Accurately rings out dining or carry out tickets
·Checks carry out orders for accuracy before giving to guest
·Able to use a computer to ring in orders
·Interacts with guests at the front counter to ensure a positive dining experience
·Able to report to work in a neat clean uniform
·Cleans front counter and/or Host area and other areas as assigned
·Greets guests in friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.
·Seats and presents menus to guests
·Manages waiting list when necessary
·Run floor plan board by observing tables to keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
·Works with Team Members throughout the location on a daily basis including: Store Management, Front of the House and Back of the House staff
·Other duties as assigned

·Performs multiple tasks simultaneously
·Willingness to work rotating shift schedules
·Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis
·Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Work Environment and Physical Requirements: ·While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to wet, humid, hot, and loud conditions.
·Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
·Non slip shoes are required to be worn at all times by all Team Members in the pizzerias
·Must be at least 16 years old
Experience Required: Some restaurant experience preferred but not required
