Contact and follow-up daily your customers by phone calls or e-mailsRecord the Collection activity and invoices statuses changes in the dedicated Collection toolUnderstand the whole Order To Cash (OTC) process for a better dispute managementUnderstand the legal and contractual recruitment scopeCoordinate with the Billing Teams to solve invoice related disputesCollaborate with the Sales Team in negotiations with customersLiaise with the Cash Allocation Team to follow-up customers' payments and its correct matchingPrepare the litigation file for Legal proceduresGive and keep visibility to the Sales Team on their portfolio's Collection statusAchieve monthly personal and team Collection targets around Bad Debt and Cash-in amountsFluency in Spanish & English languagesCustomer focusStrong problem solving skillsDynamic, organized with a methodical approachGood negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written)Ability to handle a high volume of actions (outbound and inbound calls, payment negotiation, disputes)Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives and Cash Collection KPIsDesire to belong to and be an active member of a teamPrevious experience in the role is highly desirableExperience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)Competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona, various well-being activity optionsCash Collections Specialist (Temporary Contract)
