Cased Hole Wireline Field SpecialistLocation: Roma, QueenslandAbout the Role:NES Fircroft have partnered with a progressive well servicing company specialising in Well Intervention, Completions, Workovers, Production Support and Fluid Management.
Our client has been established for over 30 years and continues to provide market leading solutions within specialised areas.With an ever-increasing workload in our operations around Australia, we are seeking experienced Cased Hole Wireline Specialists for contract roles within the company.
We would be interested in talking to those applicants with comprehensive experience in wireline operations, with a minimum of 3 years full-time wireline industry experience and a proven track record of working within the oil and gas sector.You would need to be able to display proficiencies in:Radial Bond Cement EvaluationSetting of Bridge Plugs and Cement RetainersPerforatingCorrelation LoggingPipe Recovery OperationsYou would predominantly be based at our Queensland operations in Roma; however, we conduct operations in all mainland states of Australia, so there will be opportunities to work in a variety of locations.We have an attractive roster on offer, 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off with flights covered to and from your home location within Australia.About You:Applicants will need to have a proven track record in terms of professionalism and reliability, sound verbal and written communication skills, and a well-rounded mathematical ability.
A sound knowledge of computer literacy is also required.Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol testing.
Other key requirements will include:You will be a resident of Australia;It would be advantageous to hold a HR truck license but not essential;Display the ability to work as an individual or part of a team;Health & Safety awareness to comply with Safety and Environmental regulations & procedures, and promote safety awareness;The ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of unusual situations;Ability to read, interpret and apply learnings from documents such as safety manuals, operations instructions, and policies/procedures and communicate this information effectively.
