What will you do We are looking for a Sales Junior Specialist to join out Investment Team in Rome.
In this role you will be working in the heart of our core business and you will support the Investment Team in the selling phase of our transaction process.Responsibilities:
You will support the team in the end-to-end management of the sale phase of real estate properties assigned with external stakeholders and buyersYou will coordinate a networkof real estate agencies and others external suppliers active in real estate sellingYou will identify the best product-market fit compared to current real estate market demandYou will support the Sales Manager and Sales Specialists to close sales deals guaranteeing the best customer experience What will we expect from you Bachelor?s/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fieldsPrevious experience in commercial B2B/B2C or retail is considered a plusStrong communication and negotiation skillsResult-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial
