Manage the technical assistance to customers as well as all quality activities and processes within the plant, ensuring an optimal fit of Ahlstrom value proposition to customers' technical needs.
ResponsibilitiesGrant technical support to customers, in cooperation with Sales and Marketing functions.Manage relations with customers' product development and technical organizations.Support claim management and improvement plans in the mills.Collaborate with the quality team.Cooperate with Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure proper management of projects, processes, and tools development and implementation, sharing of best practices and knowledge, portfolio, and performance management.Ensure respect of HSE procedures and actively contribute to their continuous improvement.Contribute to achieving safety/environment targets, as well as efficiency performances by providing suggestions to the organization for continuous improvement.N.B. All operations must be conducted in respect of all HSE directives, ensuring compliance with all internal QHSE standards and reporting any anomalies to the HSE team or their own manager.
Minimum RequirementsM.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, paper/textile technology, or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in managing quality and/or technical customer service processes.Strong problem-solving and quality methodology skills.Fluency in Italian and English; French knowledge is an advantage.Ability to manage projects and collaborate in a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to develop close networking relationships at all levels of the organization, in different languages and cultures.Good organizational skills.Availability for travel.For further details please contact ******.
