- Master Degree in Industrial Engineering. Preferably Chemical Engineering;- At least 3-4year previous background in process or manufacturing Industry into multinational companies;- Good level of experience in Project management;- Fluency in English;- Good knowledge of MSOffice / Autocad and Microsoft Project;- Good knowledge of processes/systems of the manufacturing Industry;- Essential Financials.- Internal experience will be evaluated according with the scope of the role.**What will you be doing?**
- Guarantees the technical execution of the Projects assigned, acting as PM and taking care of the project design and leading the project team towards the target while ensuring consistence with the project scope;- Supports the definition of the project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities, budget;- Takes care of the project details, evaluating main milestones and workload of assigned resources and proposing possible adjustments as needed;- Ensures strict monitoring of deadlines and progresses of the project, taking care of possible variables impacting timeline and costs as well as consistence with the technical design;- Is responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing of the project status (CPI-SPI);- Supports the risks identification and mitigation plan on the project assigned;- Facilitate the compliance with safety laws, rules, and regulations for all the matters involved in the execution of the project assigned, contributing to actualize an increasing safety culture across the teams.- Supports the Budget and MTP definition and data collection needed.**What are the most important soft skills for the role?**
