Are you ready to launch your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join our Group HR Team as a Career Framework Analyst.
This role is part of our V.I.E Programme, an international graduate program that offers young professionals the opportunity to work abroad and gain valuable experience. The position will be based in Milan and start in January 2025 for a period of 12 months. You will report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager (C&B), in close collaboration with the Head of Talent.
Our Career framework provides a clear outline of the roles, the skills and competencies within Euronext, and the progression paths employees can take to advance their careers.
You will be primarily responsible for:Ensuring the integrity of our Career framework Conduct regular data analysis to identify and resolve potential inconsistencies within the career frameworkLead the annual career framework review, in partnership with the C&B manager, ensuring alignment with organizational needsCollaborate with the HR Information Systems team to optimize data management and streamline processesEnhancing awareness on our Career framework & strengthening the model Develop training materials and resources to increase HR Business Partners' (HRBPs) and managers' understanding of the career framework and make it a powerful tool for growth, promotion and career developmentRefine and reinforce the career framework by implementing updates and ensuring effective communication to key stakeholdersWork closely with HR Directors (HRDs) and HRBPs to assess and address structural needs within the frameworkInnovate and Optimize the Use of the Career Framework Identify opportunities to leverage the Career Framework for new applications, such as talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagementAnalyze and propose improvements to align the Career Framework with broader organizational strategies, including workforce planning and employee retentionCollaborate with HR partners to gather insights on how different departments are using the Career Framework and recommend solutions to better integrate it into HR processesDesign metrics and feedback loops to track the effectiveness of the Career Framework and suggest ongoing improvementsYour profile :Proficient in Excel and advanced data analysis capabilitiesPro-active and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to see beyond the numbers and propose strategic, innovative solutionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-service orientationMeticulous attention to detail, high level of rigor, and a strong sense of confidentialityFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essentialEligibility for the VIE Programme as defined by Business FranceEligibility criteria of this VIE Program, set by Business France* *Please note that these criteria are mandatory to be eligible for this position, check them here; Mon Volontariat International - official VIE | VIA web site (businessfrance.fr) Working with us means:Contributing to strategic projects that shape the careers of employees across our organization.Being part of a diverse, international team, offering exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and markets across Europe.A collaborative and inclusive work environment in our Porto office, with the potential for international mobility and career growth.Professional development opportunities, with mentorship from senior HR leaders and passionate colleagues.This is your chance to be part of an organization at the centre of the financial ecosystem that connects European economies to global capital markets, accelerating innovation and sustainable growth.
