JOB DESCRIPTION WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will be part of the HR Team for Consulting Staff taking part in the activities related to CD processes for the Italy-Greece-Turkey-Israel system focusing on the Sr. CT cohort, Project Leader, Principal and Partner.
You will support the CD lead in all phases of the CD processes, interacting with:
local CD Chair and CD Advisors, Consulting Team, other HR team, CD Coordinators and HR Managers of the BCG network.YOU'RE GOOD AT- Maintain a strict relationship with each CD Advisor to ensure a proper flow of information and people management
- Preparation and update of personal CD Dossiers, involving updating and organizing info on the following areas:
- Identification of Areas of Strengths and Areas of Development
- Feedback collection on performances from internal stakeholders of the CD process(downward feedback and upward feedback if applicable)
- Critical inputs collection and preparation of performance synthesis profiles
- Support in the analysis and finalization of proposals of promotions for the discussion in the CD meetings, as well as prepare the documentation following regional and global processes
- Support to the pyramids' analysis and update
- Preparation of documents required for the CDC meetings, Cohort meetings, etc
- Contribution to the updatefor cohort policies
- Management of link with other HR functions (staffing, training, mobility, etc )
- Analysis of cohorts metrics
- Support to the LOA and Flex requests managementYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Qualifications:
- University Degree
- At least 3/4 years of relevant working experience in HRTechnical Skills:
- Fluency in Italian and English required.
Advanced level experience with MS Office:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report runningAttributes:
