What You'll DoYou will join BCG's Milan HR team as part of the wider EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Talent Management function, with a particular focus on Career Development. You will monitor career development processes, supervising internal tools, and analyzing relevant trends and data in performance management. Collaborating with senior colleagues, you will contribute to improve career development plans and performance evaluations, ensuring smooth and impactful talent management operations.
What You'll BringBachelor's Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics and/or previous HR experience will be considered a plus);Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;People-oriented approach, with a strong attitude to be part of a people-oriented organization;Proactive and positive attitude;Attention to detail and accuracy;Good teamwork skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization;Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results;Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.YOU ARE GOOD ATUnderstanding HR processes and procedures, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders;Supporting your core HR team processes from an operational perspective;Distilling key messages from numerical data;Supporting in evaluation processes of the Consulting Team;Planning, organizing, and following up on short-term priorities;Interacting with senior colleagues and relevant stakeholders to establish a collaborative work environment.Who You'll Work WithBCG's HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
