What you will do:
- The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and supervise all Career Center products and activities, with Career Prep Course and hackathons being two of the most impactful projects for this position._
- Ensure a comfortable student journey through the Career Prep Course (CPC) and facilitate a seamless transition into further career coaching;
- Keep track of students' progress and regularly update analytic instruments;
- Manage workload and payments for part-time specialists working for the Career Center;
- Plan and coordinate the organization of events for students, including topic selection, defining challenges, logístical planning, coordinating participating teams, and final project presentations;
- Identify, select, and supervise event staff, including mentors, judges, and other technology experts;
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and communication team to promote events and attract students, as well as enhance the visibility of project results in different media outlets;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators;
- Document projects, actions, and feedback to allow for future improvement.

- Contract-based position. Remote cooperation for 40 hours per week with a schedule that's convenient for you and the team. There isn't a focus on micromanaging.
