col-wideJob Description:Job DescriptionAn exciting opening has arisen for a Carbon Expert to join our Sustainability team in Italy, which is part of Ramboll's Environment & Health Market. This group consists of like-minded individuals who are passionate about Environment, Health and Safety topics and assisting Ramboll's clients with their most challenging problems.Ramboll's professionals in Italy offer clients an enviable blend of technical, scientific and regulatory expertise in environmental sciences and engineering, energy and climate change, and health and safety. Our strong technical capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the social, economic and legal aspects of our clients' issues, and top-notch communication skills position us to identify, deliver and present innovative solutions. We support clients across a broad spectrum of issues, including environmental due diligence, investigation and remediation of contaminated land, impact assessment and permitting, mandatory compliance issues oversight, current performance improvement and future risk reduction, sustainability strategy and ESG assessments.Your key activities will be related to:GHG accounting and reporting, with including Scope 3 GHG emissions quantification of complex organizationsLife Cycle Assessment/Product Carbon Footprint projectsEnergy and climate transition projects, including familiarity with national and international policies and scenarios for the decarbonization including SBTi; ESG advisory projects (e.g. Strategy, Materiality assessments, Management system integrations, CSRD Reporting, etc.);Coordination of project teams/tasks on the above topics.About youFrom the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
