Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and connect with potential candidates, including social media, networking events, job boards, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for candidates.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience and timely communication.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in technical recruitment in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications within the technology sector.
Fluency in English is a MUST.
