CAPEST-Conseils is looking for an Expert Consultant WMS Reflex.The primary objective of the Expert WMS REFLEX Consultant is to ensure the implementation of software within the client's context.
They are responsible for providing functional solutions and serving as a business expert to support operational and/or IT teams.
The consultant's key responsibilities include designing the functional solution, carrying out parameterization and unit testing (systems and users), providing training, monitoring start-up and migration, and conducting specific audit and support missions when required.
Additionally, the consultant is accountable for ensuring the proper utilization of Core Models, possessing an advanced level of knowledge and interpersonal skills.Scope of Responsibilities:1.1 Conception:Conduct preliminary studies of the client's activity context, including processes, organization, customer needs, and operations.Perform detailed functional analysis of the activity using Gap Analysis compared to the core model.Identify deviations from the core model in terms of parameterization or functionality.Draft detailed specifications for evolution requests.Analyze process needs, advise operations, and support decision-making.Provide initial training on the Information System to operations.1.2 Production:Define standard settings tailored to different client typologies or activities.Support operations in the parameterization phase.Prepare, lead, and oversee user acceptance tests.Assist operations in customer acceptance tests.Participate in the preparation of production deployment.1.3 Customer Follow-up:Conduct functional audits and verify the implementation of evolutions.Advise operations and propose solutions to encountered dysfunctions.Define standard processes and performance standards, ensuring their maintenance.Supervise operational processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.Inform leaders about any discrepancies through reports and presentations.Assist in preparing business deals.Provide expert assistance to the operating department in addressing mismatches.Perform studies and analyses of operational processes as per platform management needs.Additional Duties:Perform other instructions given by superiors related to the agreed work.The employee is expected to follow existing procedures, instructions, and internal regulations.Comply with laws and regulations.Maintain the company's reputation and prestige.Maintain professional secrecy.Ensure safety of individuals and company property.Conscientiously and accurately carry out instructions from superiors.Actively develop personal professional competencies through self-education and participation in training.Comply with occupational health and safety laws and rules.Foster positive relationships and attitudes in accordance with the organization's mission and culture.External Relations:Suppliers/ClientsEvaluation of Competences and Work Results: Evaluation will be conducted according to internal systems.Versatility:Based on the situation and instructions from superiors, employees may replace others, leveraging their competences and licenses.If you recognize yourself in this job description and you have at least 6 years of experience on WMS Reflex, do not hesitate to apply.
