Required experienceRecent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.No previous professional experience required, but any internships or academic projects involving data science, machine learning, or AI are advantageous.Required qualifications, skills and knowledgeProficiency in Python is a must, with a solid understanding of libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.A strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning techniques.Familiarity with data wrangling and data visualization tools and techniques.Knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning.Ability to work with large datasets and develop data models to support business needs.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.A solid understanding of internal audit processes in banking or finance is a plus but not required.Strong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
