The individual is responsible for the efficient and timely transactional processing of materials, services, and requisitions in support of the assigned Shell business entities and region.An individual contributor, the job holder is responsible to liaise and collaborate with various levels of stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues on a timely manner and establish preventive action plans moving forward.The role also conducts data analysis and presentation to support the Ship Management Team, or other relevant group to conduct deep-dive performance analysis on a regular basis to drive CI (Continuous Improvement) mindset especially in the areas of PR creation, SE, creation, GR Creation, and demand planning delivery.This role is based in Manila, Philippines and directly reporting to STASCO (Shell International Trading and Shipping Company Ltd) organization.Principal Accountabilities: Knowledge level on the Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) Process in (Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Service Entry (SE), Goods Receipt (GR)). Able to efficiently apply and execute use of RtP tools and systems for operational and tactical procurement of goods and services, ensuring the use of appropriate contracts when available.Work with middle to high level of stakeholders and provide required support to users.Act as a first point of contact of the end users within the scope.Work and engage closely with Ship Management team, Contracting and Procurement (CP), AP (Accounts Payable), business stakeholders, vendors (if applicable) and relevant team member to resolve outstanding issues on invoices.Support and drive issue analysis to identify gaps and emerging issues in processes and procedures where KPI targets are concern.Able to execute applicable post-order management activities to support business users and external parties though correct monitoring and throughout the purchase order life cycle.Perform assigned ERP/SAP Super User Role. (address "how to" questions, perform training and testing to support the process and IT related change activities in area of responsibility, raise enhancement requests and participate in the review together with the process experts).Provide back-up support to other team members.Perform other roles within the scope of the process and/or departmental/SBO Manila initiatives as assigned and agreed with the Line Manager. (ex. KnowledgeAdditional Information: The Shell Shipping & Maritime business is based in London with Contracting and Procurement (CP) supporting this globally from both London and Shell's Business Operations center in Manila. The CPOperations Manila team works in parallel with the CP London team and comprises Buyers and an Analysts focused on the Requisition to Pay (RtP) process and supporting refits along with Senior Buyers who negotiate and manage a portfolio of contracts for the Shell managed fleet of approximately ~40 vessels whilst at sea and during refit. The team use Ariba, Shipserv systems & SAP P80.
