PAYBACK Italyis looking for a university or master studentinEconomics,Marketing&Salesfor an internship in ourPartner Managementteam.
Workingclosely with the PAYBACK Partners'Managers tosupport in thePartners' Relationshipsdevelopment. Actingas an operational extension of the Partner Management Team in the efficient management of commercial activities,Customer marketing plans, in handling any complaint, in collecting and analyzing data, inassistingin administrative activities.
He/she will be involved in the following activities:
Support the Partner Manager Team for onboarding and integrating newCustomers or developing relationships with existingCustomers to achieve revenue and marketing goals
Manage business-as-usual CRM plans under the coordination of the Partner Manager
Contribute to specific projects on an ad hoc basis, work with cross-functional CRM/Marketing/Services teams to help implement Partners action plans
Organize Partner review meetings to discuss updates and contribute to the follow-up of actions
Help tomonitorreporting and process billing efficiently
Support the Partner Manager Team to organize periodic internal and external ppt presentations
Support the Partner Manager Team withxlsreporting and ad hoc analysis
Support theBusiness Developmentteaminmanaging presentationand analysis/benchmarking for theprospect
What you will need to succeed:
Master's degree inEconomics orMarketing
Understanding of marketing/sales and creative mindset
Flexibility in dealing with multiple tasks and projects
Ability to push and drive projects forward with autonomy
Ability to build positive relationship with assigned Partners
Excellentcommunications and presentationskills
Fluent in Englishboth written and oral
Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Exceland PPT);
Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and teamworkattitude
