Job Description
Insight Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals on behalf of a prestigious client. We have outstanding opportunities for Campus HSE Managers to join a leading company and manage critical construction projects in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment on-site, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and client policies.Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures tailored to specific project needs.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure risk mitigation.Lead and mentor site-based HSE teams to promote a strong safety culture across all project phases.Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless communication and adherence to HSE standards.Prepare and deliver HSE reports and presentations for senior management and client review.Requirements Essential Construction Experience: Minimum 7 years of health and safety management in a construction environment.Health and Safety Qualifications: Level 6+ (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).On-Site Management Experience: Proven track record of managing HSE on large-scale construction projects.Mission Critical Experience: Previous experience in mission-critical environments is highly desirable.Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.Why This Opportunity?
