As Campaigns Operations Assistant, you will be involved in:Campaign Asset ManagementImage and Content Coordination: Collect, organize, and distribute campaign assets (images, videos, copy) to relevant teams.
Maintain and track different versions of campaign assets to ensure consistency and avoid errors.
Assist in the approval process of campaign assets by coordinating with creative teams, management, and clients.Quality AssuranceConduct preliminary checks of marketing content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and high aesthetic standards before it is sent for final approval.
Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in campaign assets or data, working with the relevant teams to resolve issues.Data Entry and CleaningInput and clean data in Excel files to prepare them for systems setup.
Set up tracking sheets to monitor the progress of campaigns, ensuring all milestones are met.
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards that visualize campaign performance for internal stakeholders.Campaign LogisticsManage the schedule of campaign launches, ensuring that all assets and materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
Support the Campaign Success Manager in scheduling and executing local teams training to ensure the campaign is up and running on time in the selected stores.Documentation & Process ImprovementDocument campaign processes and workflows to ensure consistency and facilitate onboarding of new team members.
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements to streamline campaign operations.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or luxury brands.Technical Skills:Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, including data entry, analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic data visualization.Project Management Tools: Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and updates to both internal teams and clients.Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.Preferred: Direct experience working with or for luxury brands, with an understanding of the specific challenges and expectations in this sector.
