**JOB SCOPE**
Perform all required lounge operation tasks. Provide food and drink recommendations to guests maintaining the highest quality. Serve guests with friendly and professional manner.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform all duties of the lounge in a professional manner in alignment with PPG standards and Operation manuals.
- Handle passenger admission process for various type of customers including but not limited to premium customers of contracted airlines, financial institutions, walk-ins etc in a smooth and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve food & beverages, including all hot and cold drinks, to the guests all times with a pleasant and friendly attitude.
- Provide food and drink recommendations to guests.
- Restock food & beverages and glassware, when necessary, throughout the shift.
- Perform opening, closing and side duties - setting up and tidying up the lounge, ensure cleanliness of glass surfaces or counter tops, and entire lounge area, ensure equipment is in good condition and food safety standards are met.
- Follow and observe Health and Safety standards by following self-monitoring plan, properly labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating the prepared items for the lounge.
- Assist the guests all times with polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Always maintain perfect use of Plaza premium Group uniform as a brand ambassador.
- Any other duty/tasks as requested by the Employer.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 year' experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken English.
