**JOB SUMMARY**
Service guests, escort guests to table when appropriate and offer to deliver food orders to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently.
Also assist in the maintenance, cleanliness of the restaurant area and equipment.
**PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set-up and dress code of restaurant
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in the restaurant and respective glassware and garnishes
- Maintain knowledge of the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu selections, preparation method, major ingredients, quality standards, appearance and serving temperature
- Strictly abide state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving
- Maintain complete knowledge of Micros and manual systems
- Complete opening duties as assigned
- Ensure correct silverware is placed for each course in a timely manner
- Direct guest to restrooms as outlined with BVLGARI standards
- Check and replenish beverages
- Retrieve food orders from kitchen and serve to guests
- Open and serve wine / champagne bottles
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks and tea
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Handle guest complaints following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to Manager/Supervisor
