**The Role**
- The CAM integration & Business Opt.
will co-ordinate and carry on all the activities related to the integration of new assets from acquisition, onboarding of assets, conversion into the legacy portfolio with the possibility of being involved and accountable also for the successful delivery of the commercial business case of the assigned portfolio.
Key responsibilities include supporting integration with cross-functional teams (Finance, O&M, Project Finance, Growth, E&C, Legal, PMO, H&S) ensuring effective coordination and tracking of activities, and managing asset documentation and bureaucratic procedures.
The role will also assist with refinancing or sell-down due diligence and SPV mergers when needed.._
**_Desirable skills_**
- _Experience or willingness to know the Italian photovoltaic/renewable and electricity market_
- _Good relationship builder with excellent communication skills in Italian and English_
- _Excellent knowledge of modern PC software and communication tools e.g.
Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook_
- _Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow_
