Job MissionDevelopment and optimization of milling strategies.
Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and optimization of milling strategies and processes in cooperation with the CAM manufacturerOptimization in machining, tool selection and CAM programmingDevelopment of fixtures Education/Experience RequirementsGraduates of the technical school for metal or school specializing in mechanical engineering / mechatronics or comparableKnowledge of CAM programming (ideally hyperMILL/hyperDENT) and the selection of suitable CAM strategies for machining operationsExperience as CAM technician with 5-axis simultaneous milling machines3+ years of experience in precision mechanics on prototype and small series production partsComplete autonomy in workpiece set-up and on-board programmingEnglish, both oral and written is a plusAbility to read technical drawings and specificationsAdvanced knowledge of mechanical technologiesKnowledge of 3D modeling softwareKnowledge of CAD modeling software (ideally Inventor/Solidworks)Ability to adapt to technological evolution and willingness to continually updateSense of responsibility and respect for delivery deadlinesAbility to integrate, interact and work as a Team Our OfferZimVie offers you a challenging position with good career prospects in a fast-growing international business.
