Energy and determination, desire to commitment towards a project, love for the city of Florence, attitude to smile, perseverance, and sense of elegance.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Collaborate with the Cafeteria Team in serving guests during breakfast.
• Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet.
• Contribute to the management of the back of the house.
• Personalize the guest''s stay by creating a welcoming environment.
• Adopt excellent communication skills combined with kindness and courtesy, in order to make guests feel at home, in compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English; the knowledge of Russian, Chinese or Arabic will be considered a plus
• Love for the city of Rome

We also require passion, enthusiasm, customer orientation, good planning and attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability.
